The children of the late Jos. Courtney, of near Waynetown, have brought suit in Fountain County to set aside his will. The will left the estate to the widow during her life time, when it shall revert to the children. It so happened that the widow is the second wife and as young as the children. Consequently it is an open question whether at her death they would be alive to receive benefits.
